OK, so I found this article on our Florida State Associations (FAR) web site. I don’t know who wrote it. It was just too damn good to leave there. You can follow the link if you want to see the source. What blew me away is there is NOT one mention of actually doing our job and getting a Buyer’s Broker Agreement signed. Shouldn’t we be having these discussions with our buyer PRIOR to them hiring us?
