What Do The SoliVita Association Fees Cover?

As an owner in SoliVita you will have two monthly fees. The first is for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA).

This fee ranges from $125.57 to $161.97 per month depending on the neighborhood. It includes:

  • Complete lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, mulching, turf pest control, irrigation system maintenance and reclaimed water.
  • Common area maintenance
  • Expanded Basic Cable Television (Brighthouse)
  • Professional Association Management
  • Roadway, Landscape and Irrigation Reserves
  • ****Annual pressure cleaning of house and driveway pavers
  • ****Exterior repainting of the home once every 7 years

****Only applies to The Courtyards at Montelena

You also pay a SoliVita Club Membership of $173.01 per month. This includes:

  • Membership and use of all SoliVita Recreational Facilities. (****Golf Membership is extra)
  • 32,000 sq ft Riviera Spa and Fitness Room
  • 17,000 sq ft Starlight Ballroom
  • 16,000 sq ft Waterfront Galleries
  • The Palms Amenity Complex
  • 11 Community Pools
  • 9 Lighted Tennis Courts
  • 9 Lighted Pickleball Courts
  • 24/7 Gated and Attended Entry with Roving Security
  • Full Time Recreational and Fitness Staff
  • And much much more!!!
