New Homes In SoliVita. Florida Active Adult Community

Posted by admin August - 28 - 2013 - Wednesday ADD COMMENTS

Florida active adult community SoliVita

Hi Folks. WOW!! Is all I can say. On my morning bike rides around SoliVita I see new build SoliVita homes going up everywhere. It reminds me of 2004.

Why is this? Well, good Solivita resale homes are getting difficult to find. Mortgage rates are good. And the baby boomers are a huge segment of buyers. Active adults over 55 are wanting to purchase in communities that offer them a lifestyle. SoliVita does that very well.

And…..SoliVita now has the Poinciana Medical Center directly across the street.  This is a very exciting addition to our active adult community of SoliVita.

So folks let me know if you would like for me to arrange a tour of SoliVita for you. I can assure youo will love it. I know I do!!

Osceola County, Florida – Crews from Duke Energy will be making repairs to several street light poles and will need to temporarily close lanes on southbound Pleasant Hill Road/Cypress Parkway near Old Pleasant Hill Road, and on eastbound Cypress Parkway near Cypress Drive.

The closures are scheduled to take place Wednesday night, 8/28/13 and Thursday night, 8/29/13 between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Variable message boards (VMBs) are in place to alert citizens of the project.

Motorists are urged to use caution when approaching these areas, as workers will be present and speed limits may be reduced in certain areas.   There will be temporary lane closures, but no road closures.  Traffic delays can be expected.  Schedules could vary according to weather and equipment related issues.

For more information, please contact Ken McLean with Duke Energy, at 863-381-1682.

PROscape News

Our first named storm of the season was here. We placed our hurricane plan into action…turning off all reclaimed water in Solivita, and no mowing or trimming in the community as well. We had two emergency crews on standby just in case the storm moved our way. They were available to check for downed trees and keep the roadways clear. With the passage of the storm regular scheduled work resumed this Friday morning.

Attention Residents of Mira Vista: After the last application of fertilizer we didn’t notice any major improvements. The plan is to have LawnWorx apply an additional liquid application of 21-0-0 fertilizer. This mix has a high content of nitrogen which should help develop the color of the turf. The work will begin on Monday, June 10th. In the meantime, please do not place any additional fertilizer on your property as this may damage the tur
